It's nearly time. Will this finally be the year that things get back on track for the U.S.? I can't believe how much money is being spent on Tuesday. $160 million dollars. That's a lot of money for someone to be sworn in for President, especially after he said that a lot of money shouldn't be spent because of the way things are with people losing their jobs, homes. My, my, how things have changed.
Out of the $160 million spent on this thing only $35 million dollars have been raised to go to paying for this inauguration. I already see him (Obama) going back on his word, I hope this is the only thing that he does. I hope that for our country he will do what he said he would do while he was running. He will be tested right from the get go. I believe he will have to be on his toes from the very beginning of his president ency. The sharks are already circling him and his cage door is going to come off the hinges early on. We just have to see how he reacts. Will he punch them in the nose, swim to the top and do his job or will he shut the door and stay in the cage, nice and safe?

New Year
Happy New Year! I hope this one is better than 2008. We get a new Prez in 15 days, so, new year and a new administration. Gas prices were coming down, but I noticed that they went up 6 cent since yesterday, because of the fighting in Israel. I wish that for just one year we can start the new year without someone fighting somewhere. A nice dream uh. Things have been hectic so I haven't really keep up with the news so I had better start paying attention so I can put my 2 cent in.Later
