Obama ran on that Change. How are things going to change? It will be the same ole crap. I wrote yesterday that I hope we could all pull together, but after all the media coverage SINCE the election I'm just sick to my stomach.
I love my country but if I had the money I would pack up and move out of here. Things are not going to get better, things are going to get bad. All this stuff that's floating around on the net about Obama should have been brought to light, but, alas it wasn't. A lot of people will tell you'' You can't believe everything you read'' , most people believe that which amazes me. Because to put this out for the world to see it has to have an ounce of truth to it.
I can't get past the fact that he went to church for twenty years listening to sermons on hate and when he starts to run for office he pleads outrage at the preacher and makes a big show about leaving the church. Well, people put him in office and now the rest of us will suffer. I know Bush wasn't a great President, hell, he will go in the history books as one of the worst ones.
That's another thing that makes me stew a little. Everyone is talking about history being made with him becoming our President, the first black one and these same people are telling us that our History ....the civil war should be forgotten... with the South and their confederate flag. No matter how hard you try to erase it, the confederate flag was a part of our history. Just because a group of stupid people decide to use it for their cause doesn't change OUR HISTORY.
So, my thought for today is, you people that voted for Obama will see that you were duped and we all will pay the price and leave our History alone.

I've heard this before. I've seen the whole spectrum on Barack Obama.
I guess time will only tell though.
It's like were all betting and whoever's right will get the pride and glory for his or her ideas.
I am, for Obama, just to let you know...
I agree.
I wanna echo what Benji said. From some of the right wing blogs that I've read, it seems like some are hoping that Obama fails just so they can say "I told you so". They'd rather be right than for Obama to get this country headed back in the right direction. I will never understand that kind of thinking.
Well, I was and still am one of those people that have bitched about what Bush has done to us...our country.
I voted for him and I didn't want to but I couldn't vote for Kerry at the time. If you go back and look at some of the footage of some of his speeches you'll see his wife making faces and talking while his's making his speech.
So, that showed me that if his wife showed direspect to him how could anyone else respect him.
If Obama is a good President I'll admit it to you folks but if not you'll hear that to. I showed my dislike with Bush and the way he has done things, so it's just not one sided.
